About Charlotte
Thoughtful, reflective therapy for the person beneath the surface.
A space to pause
When there is more going on than people can see.
People often come to therapy carrying far more than is visible from the outside.
My role is not to tell you who you are or what you should do, but to offer a space where you can think more clearly, reflect openly, and better understand what may be going on beneath the surface.
I work with people navigating a wide range of experiences and pressures — professionally, relationally, and personally — many of whom are used to managing a great deal before reaching out for support.
Professional background
Experience shaped by professional and organisational life.
Before training as a counsellor, I worked within corporate and professional environments. This continues to inform an understanding of the pressures and complexities many people are balancing alongside their personal lives. Alongside private practice, I have experience working within organisational settings, including schools and leadership teams, supporting individuals and professionals in emotionally demanding roles.
Finding the right fit
