Charlotte Wall Therapist

A space to think more clearly. Genuine conversations. Meaningful change.

For people who are used to carrying a lot — professionally, relationally, or both — but sense there’s more going on underneath.

You might be someone who…

Outwardly, things look steady.

You manage, you cope, you get on with what’s needed.

But internally, it can feel more complex.

You might be someone who:

Is used to being capable and reliable, often the one others turn to
Finds it difficult to fully switch off or step out of responsibility
Notices self-doubt or pressure building beneath the surface
Feels there isn’t always space to think, reflect, or process
Has ways of coping that work in the moment, but don’t always feel helpful in the longer term
Is aware that past or significant experiences still have an impact, even if they’re not always easy to put into words

Therapy offers a space where this doesn’t have to be held alone.

How I work

My approach is integrative, grounded in person-centred therapy, and shaped by the understanding that no two people experience life in quite the same way.

Our work together is guided by what feels most important to you, creating space to think more clearly, understand yourself more deeply, and begin making sense of what may sit beneath the surface.
