Supervision
A space to
think clearly.
Supervision offers a space to step back, think more deeply about the work, and make sense of the complexity it can bring.
I offer supervision that is thoughtful, professionally grounded, and relational — creating space for reflection, encouragement, and considered challenge. My aim is to provide supervision that helps practitioners feel contained, supported, and able to think clearly about the demands and nuances of their work.
Clinical supervision
Thoughtful, grounded and relational.
I provide supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, and trainees working across a range of settings, including private practice, agency work, and organisational environments.
My supervisory approach is informed by the Seven-Eyed Model of supervision, creating space to think not only about client work itself, but also the therapeutic relationship, the wider systems surrounding the work, and the impact the work may be having on you as the practitioner.
My approach to supervision is integrative, shaped by a person-centred foundation and informed by a range of therapeutic modalities and ways of working. This allows supervision to remain flexible, responsive, and attuned to both you and the context in which you are working.
Space to reflect
Supervision can provide space to:
A reflective supervisory space can support the development of confidence, professional identity, ethical thinking, and a deeper understanding of the work itself.

Develop confidence and professional identity
Think about ethical practice and decision-making
Consider the emotional impact of the work
Navigate the realities of agency and private practice settings
Areas of experience and support

Ethical reflection and professional development
Therapeutic relationship dynamics and process
Relationship and couples work
I work with both qualified practitioners and trainees, recognising that supervision needs will vary depending on your experience, setting, modality, and stage of professional development.
My aim is for supervision to feel collaborative, thoughtful, and professionally supportive — somewhere you can reflect openly, develop your practice, and feel less alone in the work.
Organisations
Therapeutic and reflective supervision.
Alongside clinical supervision, I also offer reflective and therapeutic supervision within organisational settings, including schools, leadership teams, and professionals working in emotionally demanding roles.
This work recognises that supporting others often carries significant emotional responsibility — particularly within caring, safeguarding, leadership, and high-pressure environments.
Reflective supervision offers space to:
Think more clearly about complex situations
Reflect on emotional impact and professional responsibility
Support wellbeing and resilience within teams
Develop reflective leadership and communication
Create space for thinking, rather than simply responding
I have experience working alongside schools and leadership teams, offering reflective spaces that support both individual wellbeing and the wider relational dynamics within organisations.
